Kassie creates a safe and comfortable environment to assist your body in its natural healing process. Clients describe her massage as relaxing, healing and nurturing. Clients describe her as professional, ethical and compassionate.  

Kassie, a Lawrence native, has been a professional massage therapist since April 2001 and providing sound therapy since 2014. She graduated from Emporia State University and the Johnson County Community College Massage Certificate Program. She is Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (BCTMB), a Certified Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Healing, and a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.  She was voted 2013 Best Of Lawrence in the massage therapy category.

Drawn to the centering and balancing sound of Himalayan singing bowls Kassie became a certified practitioner of sound and vibrational healing, in 2014, through the Atma Buti School.  She received her training from Suren Shrestha, author of How to Heal with Singing Bowls. In 2017, Kassie increased her skills through a six-day intensive training from the Vibrational Sound Association.

Previously, Kassie lived and worked in Northern Virginia as a certified human resources professional. Since her return to Lawrence, she strives for mindful balanced living. She is a member of the 2009 class of Leadership Lawrence.  Kassie is a member of and co-leads a weekly meditation group in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh at the Deep Listening Sangha.  

When not working she enjoys baking, cooking, reading and anything outdoors including hiking, biking, golfing, camping, and kayaking. You might see Kassie and her husband walking their chocolate lab, ZeeZee, downtown.
